Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting with the goal of gaining a dominant position and using joint-locks and chokeholds to force an opponent to submit.
The art was popularized by the Gracie family of Brazil with the founding of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
Qigong/Taichi
Qi is a Chinese term used to refer to all types of energy. It is the intrinsic substance or the "vital force" behind all things in the universe. Gong refers to the power to produce an effect, an attainment of, or accomplishment that is achieved with steady practice. Loosely, Qigong (chi kung) can be translated as the study of Qi .
Today, Qigong most often refers to the art and science of using breath, posture, movement, and/or sound to cleanse, refine, accumulate and circulate Qi in the body. This leads to improved health, transformation of consciousness, and greater power for martial arts. The four main types of Qigong societies are Medical, Taoist, Buddhist, and Martial Arts.
Pencak Silat Mande Muda
Pencak Silat is the name given to the indigenous martial arts of Indonesia. There are hundreds of styles from the groundfighting Harimau system of Sumatra to the Hindu styles of Bali. It is a comprehensive system emphasizing infighting, sophisticated footwork and deception.
Mande Muda is a Silat system comprised of over 25 separate styles. It is a comprehensive approach to Silat as a complete fighting sytem.
